We're looking for Inbound Business Development Representative to help us build the new way doing work.
• Evangelize Work’sTruly to prospects and qualify them for sales team
• Respond to requests from inbound leads in timely manner and conduct qualification calls
• Book meetings for qualified prospects with the sales team
• Collaborate and iterate on inbound emails and messaging
• Target and prioritize prospects within our CRM for re-engagement
• Use chat tools to qualify prospects on our website
• Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communication
• High degree of comfort speaking with prospects via phone and email
• Bias towards immediate action and results
• Desire to learn and adapt
• Consummate multi-tasker who can wear multiple hats
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
We are very particular about who we hire. We hire for long term and that's why hiring process is important for us.
Our hiring process consists of Four Rounds:
1. Introductory, Basic Round:
In a 15-minute telephone conversation we get to know each other initially with basic questions.
2. Assignment:
In a position related assignment you perform with the skills needed to do assigned task.
3. Advanced Round:
In a 60-minute video conferencing conversation with the team member - we find out if skill sets match our needs.
4. Cultural Fit Round:
In a 60-minute video conferencing coversation we talk about expectations of work culture, see if our values match.
