• Equipment: Manage equipment like production benches, machines, and tools and set them to Production Processes.

• Batchwise Production and Outward: Items now have batchwise stock which gets automatically or manually updated against the Production Batch depending on the preferences. While making an Ouward entry you can choose what batches you made outward from.

• Operator and Machine Name selection: While logging Production activities, you can record operator changes or machine changes.

• Process Setting Time for Production Batch: You can record when the Setting started and Stopped for each Production Process.

What's Improved

• Processwise Quality Checks: Quality Check Interval and Approvals can now be set to each production process of SemiProduct or Product. You can also record Quality Checks for the process.

• Production Log Sheet: Sheets now have Machine Changes, Operator Changes, Bioproducts, and Raw Materials details.

• Recovery Calculation: While calculating Recovery, only accepted quantity has been taken into consideration to make it more accurate.

• Process Definition: While defining new Processes for Product or By-Product you will find a new Tab-Controlled screen design pretty easy compared to earlier.
