What's New
• Reference Purchase Order Date on Sale Invoice: While creating the Sale Order and Sale Invoice, along with the Reference Purchase Order Number you can mention the Purchase Order Date. It also gets printed on the Sale Order and Invoice.
• Company Website Url: You can specify your company website URL in the Organisation Profile details. This will also be printed within the company details section on all documents.
• Direct Inward and Outward: Inward and Outward can now be recorded without needing any against order type.
• Melting Loss, Input, Output for Production: In the Production Batch, melting loss, total input, output, and output difference gets calculated and printed on the Log Sheet.
What's Improved
• Contact Person on PDFs: Contact Person name now gets printed on Quotes, Sale Orders and Invoices and Purchase Orders.
• Department-specific Contact Info: Each document type like a quote, sale invoice, purchase order, production log, GRN, etc. now has specific phone number and email information. This can be set via 'Preferences'. If you've mentioned document specific contact info then it will get printed on PDF or else company-wide contact info will be used.
• Recovery Calculation: Total accepted quantity is considered while calculating recovery of product and by-product instead of total produced quantity as earlier.
