Quality Analyst

We're looking for Quality Analyst to deliver product as defect free as possible.

What you'll be doing

• Develop test scripts utilizing comprehensive business requirements, functional documentation and processes
• Implement test scripts, record actual results and identify defects
• Develop and maintain Quality Assurance procedure documentation
• Analyze and review test sequence and scope on basis of test results in product design
• Participate in code reviews and help to guide software architecture decisions
• Mentor and learn from the other qa, developers, product people, and designers

What we're looking for

• Familiarity with QA processes and ablilty to build a QA cycle for all change requests
• Ability to capture the requirements and provide a plan for testing new features and bug fixes
• Sound understanding of UI testing in AngularJS, React, and standalone apps
• Knowledge of API testing with automation (any language / framework)
• Proficiency with noSQL databases and Linux systems (Ubuntu)
• An excellent understanding of REST APIs, Git and Agile methodology

Our Hiring Process

1. Introductory, Basic Round:
In a 15-minute telephone conversation we get to know each other initially with basic questions.

2. Assignment:
In a position related assignment you perform with the skills needed to do assigned task.

3. Advanced Round:
In a 60-minute video conferencing conversation with the team member - we find out if skill sets match our needs.

4. Cultural Fit Round:
In a 60-minute video conferencing coversation we talk about expectations of work culture, see if our values match.
