If you are unhappy with our products, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Please contact our Support Team after canceling your subscription so that we can initiate your refund process.
If you cancel the subscription before the end of your current paid up plan, we will refund any unused days or months you’ve prepaid for.
Unsed days or months are calculated from the date of cancellation of the subscription plan.
Once your subscription is canceled and inspected by us, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, if you’ve used a credit card as a method of payment then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Support Team and we’ll look into it to make sure you’re happy.
